Success does not have to require self-abandonment.

It is possible to be ambitious AND well-rested. Visible AND safe. Profitable AND peaceful.

For too long, sensitive women have been told to choose: abandon your dreams to protect your wellbeing, or
You left your corporate job to create a gentler life, but somehow you're still working all the time.

Evenings blur into work emails. Weekends disappear into "quick tasks." You keep saying "after this next push, I'll finally slow down&
"You just need to put your work out there. You just need to get out there."

I hear this advice so much in the business world. And every time I hear it, something in me recoils.

I find myself thinking - “I don't want to go out there!
The biggest lie our culture tells ambitious women? "You're supposed to succeed alone."

This myth shows up everywhere - in "self-made" stories, the superwoman myth, the shame we feel when we need help.
