My approach.

In my life, the most transformative relationships have been the deeply human ones.

They weren’t with aloof experts who gave me all the answers; but rather with teachers who showed up in their full humanity and walked unflinchingly into the questions alongside me.

They brought their hard won wisdom and their gifts, their fallibility and intuitions, and I brought mine; and together we discovered new terrain and created new possibilities that neither could have found alone.

This is how I approach my work now.

I fully show up as a fellow woman, with my faults as well as my genius.

I’m an ally, I’m on your team.

I’ll accompany you on this heroines journey. I’m all in.

I promise to bring my skills, my talents, my sensitivity and curiosity. And I will hold you always in your highest potential.

Our work together is an invitation … to explore, to uncover, be intrigued and to play.

When I’m talking to a prospective client I am feeling for that click into place that tells me we’re meant to go on an adventure together. I invite you to feel for a similar fit.

If you are thinking of working with me I encourage you to watch this following presentation which was recorded at the Embodiment Conference.

It will give you a real sense of me, my work and my overall approach to embodiment.

I believe passionately that for embodiment teaching to be truly effective it must include and speak to the:

~ Intellect

~ Body

~ Imagination

And be held in the context of community.

So expect theory, movement and myth/poetry when working with me.

Here’s a playful archetypal exploration of what I teach.
